How do I apply for a trade account?
Fill in our short application form. We review all applications within 1 business day and email you with a decision and your account details. Registration is completely free.
Is there a monthly fee to join?
No. Membership is free to join with no registration fee. Your first month is free, then it's a simple monthly rolling contract — cancel anytime with no penalties.
How does the device warranty insurance work?
During registration (or later from your dashboard) you can choose to insure each device individually at £7.99, £13.99, or £17.99 per device per month. When a covered device needs a repair, you pay a one-time excess and we handle the rest. Devices without a plan are still repaired at B2B trade prices.
What is the excess and how is it calculated?
The excess is a one-time charge you pay when making a repair claim. It is based on the purchase price of the device: under £250 → £70 excess; £250–£499 → £120 excess; £500+ → £170 excess. The excess is only paid once per claim, not per repair.
What is NOT covered by the warranty insurance?
Theft, loss, and total write-off are not covered. This is repair-only insurance. If a device is damaged beyond economic repair, no compensation is paid — only actual repairs are covered. We always inform you before proceeding if a device is beyond repair.
Can I send multiple devices for repair at the same time?
Yes. Corporate accounts can submit batch repair jobs with a single PO number. We process them in priority order and consolidate into one invoice.
What payment terms are available?
All accounts pay per invoice — no credit terms. You can pay by bank transfer or card. A per-device deposit is charged at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
